The four-star WR in the 2017 class told me today at the Steve Clarkson Dream Maker QB Retreat (he was there with Tate Martell) that he considers USC his leader at this point because it's his biggest offer, he likes the offense a lot and he likes the idea of returning to California for college.
He and Martell are super close (they live together) and playing together in college is a very serious thing for both of them. USC definitely looks good early on.
Alabama and Oregon have discussed an offer so we'll see where things go if that happens.
