I can't imagine there is much of an audience today so I'll just roll everything into tomorrow -- expect four-five stories coming in the morning. There are a couple of recruiting notes I'll drop on the board today, though.

Both head coach hold a joint press conference at 11 a.m. today in San Diego. I'll be there and will have full coverage.

There are lots of “defenders” still on this roster that should be seeking other opportunities. I’m curious as to why they haven’t put their name in the portal yet?

With a new DC and enough game tape to “tell the story” the belief that some players are hopeful for an opportunity to compete is a joke. Maybe I’m not following the portal close enough but it seems there are at least 6 players who have overstayed their welcome.

Maybe some are wanting to get their degree. With NIL taking the form that it is, are schools obligated to honor scholarships beyond a year?

As I think about the 2 deep I can't help but think there at least 3-4 starters that aren't on the roster or committed.

I can’t tell you how happy I am to hear that the liberal woke University system took a major hit today when the university of Pennsylvania president and chairman was forced to step down. I would expect the same to happen at MIT and Harvard tomorrow. Major victory for the anti-woke movement. I do wonder where Folt stands. Fight on!
