I caught up with four-star 2026 Rivals250 offensive tackle prospect Tommy Tofi to look ahead to his weekend in LA. Archbishop Riordan is headed down from San Fransisco to play St. Bonaventure tonight, and Tofi plans to hang back to visit both USC and UCLA. He has a connection to the program through his cousin, Kalolo Ta'aga, who has been putting in a good word for Josh Henson and the staff at USC.
Oregon and Texas A&M are the other two schools he mentioned making a strong push right now along with USC. I watched him play in his season opener last week and he is definitely a mauler. He's got a little bit of a mean streak to him too. If he can rein it in a little bit, it is exactly what you like to see at the position.
"Coach (Josh) Henson has been building the offensive line down there, and that's great. Coach Lincoln Riley, man, he has a great history of building offenses, and that's a good thing, too."
