Colorado cannot stop the run, so I would look for this to be a very good opportunity for Helton to test his resolve to the run first mentality that we have seen develop over the past few weeks. Colorado gave up around 250+ yards on the ground to both Stanford and UCLA, both good running teams, and gave up well over 300 to Oregon. ASU, while destroying Colorado, chose to do it in the air with over 400 yards passing and not a lot on the ground. But ASU didn't really put much effort into running either.
I would look for RJ II to go over 100 yards for the second game in a row, and Davis should compliment that well also. With the cold weather, this is a good game to keep the ball on the ground and spare JuJu some pain. Obviously, balance is always key, but we should be able to get some yards on the ground and open up the big play, play action game.
